RemoteVAPH is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative with a strong background in QuickBooks Online. This is a full-time remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST.
Job Description:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customer inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Handle billing inquiries and processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliations.
- Manage phone communications efficiently, answering calls, addressing customer concerns, and directing calls to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using QuickBooks Online for all billing and financial tracking.
- Collaborate with other team members using Trello to manage tasks, projects, and workflows.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with QuickBooks Online
- Proficiency in Trello for task management and collaboration
