Position: eBay Marketplace Specialist

About Us: We recently integrated our Shopify Plus store with eBay to expand our reach and offerings. We're seeking a knowledgeable eBay Marketplace Specialist to lead our charge on eBay and drive our growth in this competitive marketplace. We need this person to understand how to succeed in the competitive eBay marketplace.

Role Overview: As the eBay Marketplace Specialist, you will be responsible for maximizing our success on eBay by leveraging your expertise in various aspects of the platform. From optimizing product listings to implementing effective PPC campaigns, you will lead our charge on eBay and ensure that we stand out in the competitive marketplace.

Work Schedule: 9 AM to 5 PM EST

Responsibilities:

• Optimize and manage product listings and feeds from Shopify Plus to eBay, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize return on spend for eBay's PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and ad performance analysis.
• Implement best practices for promotions, pricing, and shipping strategies to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Utilize expertise in eBay's platform to format and merchandise product pages effectively, optimizing for visibility and conversion.
• Monitor marketplace trends, competitor activities, and eBay policies to stay ahead of the curve and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure alignment and support for eBay initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing eBay accounts, preferably in a high-volume e-commerce environment.
• In-depth understanding of eBay's platform, policies, and best practices, with the ability to navigate and leverage its features effectively.
• Experience with PPC advertising on eBay, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
