RemoteVAPH is looking for experienced Telemarketer/ Sales Development Representative to join our team and help with outbound calls to local small businesses, such as pharmacies and stores, for workers' compensation and health insurance. This is a work-from-home position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST (Night Shift).

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to local small businesses for workers' compensation and health insurance
  • Engage in consultative selling, demonstrating the value of our services
  • Maintain a friendly, polite, and conversational tone to give a positive impression of the company
  • Efficiently manage time and prioritize the needs of clients
  • Enter and tag leads in Excel
  • Utilize Nextiva (phone dialer) if available

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, specifically in real estate or health insurance
  • Excellent communication skills, with a confident and pleasant demeanor
  • Ability to build rapport and create a positive impression of the company
  • Background in insurance and consultative selling is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in Excel for data entry and tagging of leads
  • Experience with Nextiva (phone dialer) is a plus
