Responsibilities:
1. Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
2. Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
4. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director.
5. Draft documents, reports, and presentations.
6. Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and accessible.
7. Coordinate logistics for special events, workshops, and team-building activities.
9. Serve as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
10. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as requested.
11. Track and maintain compliance records.
12. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
8. Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
9. Previous experience supporting management staff is a plus.
