Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our company's customers. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate departments.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet or exceed customer service performance goals, such as response time and customer satisfaction ratings.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven customer support experience or relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to empathize with customers and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Multilingual skills may be advantageous, depending on the customer base.
