RemoteVAPH is looking for a dedicated and experienced Recruiter specializing in Healthcare Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience sourcing applicants on LinkedIn and exhibit exceptional multitasking skills. Clear English communication is crucial, along with a commitment to working diligently. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST (Night Shift)

Requirements:

Proficiency in sourcing candidates on LinkedIn
Experience with Apploi is a plus
Experience in calling healthcare candidates
Quiet workspace
Strong communication skills without a heavy accent

Job Responsibilities:

Source and recruit applicants using LinkedIn
Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ensure clear and professional communication with candidates
Conduct a high volume of calls daily to potential candidates
We are looking for a recruiter that is comfortable with cold calling.
