RemoteVAPH is seeking an experienced UI/UX Web Designer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, enhancing the functionality and visual appeal of our web platform by designing graphic user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, forms, and widgets.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• UI Design: Create and design graphic user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, and widgets. Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• UX Design: Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look. Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
• Collaboration: Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Usability Testing: Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback. Test for intuitivity and experience.
• Brand Consistency: Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.

Requirements:

• Experience in Wireframing and Prototyping: Proven experience in developing wireframes and prototypes.
• UI/UX Design Experience: Prior experience in both UI and UX design.
• Usability Testing: Experience in conducting usability tests and making layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Brand Consistency: Ability to adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
