We're looking for a talented and experienced Web Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and developing the best possible user experience for our web platform. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring our vision to life.

Responsibilities:

• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• UI Design: Create and design graphic user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, forms, and widgets. Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• UX Design: Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like. Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
• Collaboration: Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Usability Testing: Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback. Test for intuitivity and user experience.
• Brand Consistency: Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality worl

Salary: 650-700 USD
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 AM EST
