Position: Recruiter / Recruitment Specialist

Location: Albania

Language Proficiency:
•  Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Experience:
•  1-2 years of professional experience in recruitment or a related human resources role.

Qualifications:
•  A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

•  Proven track record of successful placement of candidates in a variety of roles.

•  Familiarity with recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.

•  Proficient in the use of recruitment software and candidate management systems.

•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•  Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

•  Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Albania.

Responsibilities:
•  Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.

•  Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals.

•  Work with hiring managers to understand their needs and team dynamics.

•  Conduct interviews and assess applicants based on criteria relevant to job requirements.

•  Provide a professional and welcoming atmosphere for candidates throughout the hiring process.

•  Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
