Work Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:

    • Manage the entire recruitment process for healthcare roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent.
    • Post job openings on various platforms, including job boards, professional networks, and social media.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess qualifications and language proficiency.
  • Candidate Engagement:

    • Calling potential candidates who might be interested in working at medical facilities.
    • Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
    • Facilitate and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Client Interaction:

    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
    • Provide guidance and recommendations on candidate selection and interview processes.
    • Assist in the creation of job descriptions and recruitment strategies tailored to bilingual roles.
  • Documentation & Compliance:

    • Ensure all recruitment documentation and communications are managed effectively in both Spanish and English.
    • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and status in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Adhere to legal and company-specific guidelines and standards in recruitment practices.
  • Diversity & Inclusion:

    • Support the organization’s diversity initiatives by promoting inclusive recruitment practices.
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of bilingual candidates.
    • Participate in and support company events, job fairs, and networking activities focused on diversity and bilingual talent acquisition.
  • Reporting & Analysis:

    • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including candidate pipeline, time-to-hire, and recruitment costs.
    • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Experience:

    • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in Medical-related roles.
    • Experience with various recruiting techniques and platforms (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, networking).
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Skills:

    • Proficient in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
    • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
    • Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
