Job Title: Amazon Storefront Lister

Job Summary: As an Amazon Storefront Lister, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing product listings on Amazon to ensure they are accurate, appealing, and optimized for search visibility. You will work on A plus premium adding info graphics general images and changes. Use current photo shoots and create images for brand and holidays seasonal etc. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Listing Creation:

    • Create detailed and accurate product listings on Amazon, including titles, descriptions, images, and specifications.
    • Ensure all product listings comply with Amazon’s guidelines and standards.
  2. Content Optimization:

    • Optimize product listings for search visibility using relevant keywords and SEO best practices.
    • Continuously update and enhance product content to improve rankings and conversion rates.
  3. Inventory Management:

    • Monitor stock levels and update product availability on Amazon.
    • Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure accurate stock information.
  4. Quality Assurance:

    • Review listings for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all product information is correct and up-to-date.
    • Address and correct any discrepancies or issues with product listings.
  5. Performance Monitoring:

    • Track and analyze the performance of product listings using Amazon Seller Central and other analytics tools.
    • Make data-driven adjustments to improve listing performance, including pricing, content, and keywords.
  6. Customer Interaction:

    • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback related to product listings in a timely and professional manner.
    • Handle customer reviews and ratings to maintain a positive brand image.
  7. Competitive Analysis:

    • Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends and competitor strategies.
    • Implement best practices and innovative strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
  8. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to gather necessary product information.
    • Coordinate with graphic designers and photographers to ensure high-quality product images and multimedia content.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
  2. Proven experience (1-2 years) in e-commerce, online retail, or a related role.
  3. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and knowledge of Amazon’s listing requirements and best practices.
  4. Strong understanding of SEO and keyword research tools.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with e-commerce software and tools.
  8. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve product listings.
  9. Creative mindset with the ability to write compelling product descriptions.
  10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
