Responsibilities:

Utilize your cold calling expertise to identify and engage passive talent for open positions.
Conduct in-depth conversations to understand candidate skills, experience, and career aspirations.
Generate excitement for our company culture and the benefits of working with us.
Qualify leads and schedule interviews with the hiring manager.
Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions in our ATS system.


Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.
Proven success in cold calling and building rapport with potential candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
Ability to work independently, manage a high call volume, and meet deadlines.
A passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to building strong relationships.
