Job Description:
As an E-commerce Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our online sales channels, particularly on Amazon and other marketplaces. You will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks encompassing design, customer service, logistics, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Photoshop or similar design software, possess excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing listings on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency of product information.
2. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Managing FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) shipments, including inventory replenishment, shipment creation, and monitoring shipment status.
4. Generating and analyzing reports to track key performance metrics, such as sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
5. Assisting with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, document management, and vendor communication.
6. Creating Amazon Tiles / EBC Images and be on top to make sure it's live on websites
7. Open Cases if necessary.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar graphic design software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in product listings and customer communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon Seller Central, is preferred.
• Previous experience in e-commerce operations, customer service, or administrative roles is an advantage.
Schedule: 10 - 6 PM EST Monday to Friday

Salary: 650 USD/month
