RemoteVAPH is seeking a Virtual Assistant with QuickBooks Desktop experience to join our team. The primary responsibilities include entering bills, managing QuickBooks Desktop tasks, and working with Excel, particularly with IFF files. This is a work-from-home (WFH) position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST (Night Shift).
Requirements:
- QuickBooks Desktop: prior work experience.
- Excel: Proficient in using Excel for data entry and analysis.
- IFF Files: Proven experience working with QuickBooks Desktop IFF files.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter bills into QuickBooks Desktop.
- Perform routine QuickBooks Desktop tasks and maintenance.
- Utilize Excel for various accounting and data entry tasks.
- Manage and work with IFF files in QuickBooks Desktop to ensure accurate data import/export.
