RemoteVAPH is seeking a talented and experienced Kitchen Drafter/Designer with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software. This is a work-from-home position that offers flexibility in working hours. As a Kitchen Drafter/Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed floor plans, elevations, and renderings using AutoCAD and Revit. You will work on designing interior and exterior spaces, with a focus on kitchens, bathrooms, and landscapes. Working hours will be from Monday to Friday from 9 am - 5 pm EST. (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:

• Draft floor plans, elevations, and renderings using AutoCAD and Revit software.

• Design and create interior and exterior spaces, focusing on kitchens, bathrooms, and landscapes.

• Showcase a flair for design and a strong understanding of design capabilities and styles.

• Utilize your knowledge of materials available for interior design, including kitchen counters, floors, walls, and other interior products.

• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and specifications.

• Ensure designs adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

• Generate accurate and detailed documentation for construction purposes.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and emerging design techniques.

• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure successful project execution.

• Provide support and guidance to junior designers, as needed.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.

• Experience in interior design, with a focus on designing kitchen counters, floors, walls, and other interior products.

• Strong understanding of design capabilities and various design styles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise drawings.
